Automating Logistics in the Middle East
The Address Problem
Logistics in the West relies on structured zip codes. In the Middle East and South Asia, addresses are often descriptive: 'Near the big blue mosque, second house on the left'. This is a nightmare for automated dispatch systems.
We solved this for Litex Express by bypassing text addresses entirely. We automated a WhatsApp flow that triggers 2 hours before delivery. It asks the customer to send their 'Current Location' pin.
Dynamic Routing
This geolocation pin is then pushed directly to the driver's route optimization app. It eliminated the need for the driver to call the customer and ask for directions, which is the #1 cause of delivery delays in the region.
The result? Fuel costs dropped by 20%, and successful first-attempt deliveries skyrocketed. We adapted the tech to the local reality.
