Dispatching in the Middle East is chaos. Addresses are descriptive ('Near the big mosque'), not standardized. Litex Express dispatchers were manually assigning routes based on gut feeling. This led to inefficient routes, burnt-out drivers, and missed delivery windows. Fuel costs were eating the margin alive.

The Solution

We removed the human guesswork. We built a custom geolocation algorithm that clusters deliveries automatically. Automated WhatsApp Bot collects GPS pins from customers pre-delivery. Route Optimization Engine assigns the most efficient path to drivers. Real-time dashboard for HQ to track every single parcel live.
