The Challenge
Consultants at Oxford Enterprise were burning thousands of billable hours just reading. Reviewing 500+ page tender documents to find specific compliance clauses was manual, slow, and error-prone. The Solution
We built a Secure Knowledge Engine. We used RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to index their entire historical archive into a vector database. Consultants now 'chat' with the documents: 'Does this tender require ISO 27001?' The AI provides the answer with citations to the exact page number. Zero hallucinations.
